1. License and Usage Rights
Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content provided through TinkerLab’s Schoolhouse Kids Art Studio service under the following conditions:
Personal Use
- Content may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes within the subscriber’s immediate household
- Content may be printed, downloaded, or displayed for personal use only
- Access credentials must not be shared outside the household
Educational Use
- Licensed teachers and educational institutions may use the content in their classrooms
- Content may be displayed to students during instruction
- Individual worksheets/activities may be printed or distributed to students within the classroom
- Content must not be shared with other teachers or educational institutions without separate licenses
2. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, including but not limited to artwork, instructions, videos, worksheets, and teaching materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
- The service and its content are owned exclusively by TinkerLab
- No ownership rights are transferred through subscription or usage
3. Prohibited Activities
Subscribers shall not:
- Redistribute, sell, lease, license, or sublicense the content
- Create derivative works based on the content without express written permission from TinkerLab
- Post or share content on websites, social media, or other digital platforms
- Use content for commercial purposes or monetary gain
- Store or archive substantial portions of the content
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or watermarks
4. Account Security
Subscribers must:
- Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
- Not share their login information with others
- Notify TinkerLab immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Be responsible for all activity occurring under their account
5. Termination
TinkerLab reserves the right to:
- Terminate or suspend access for terms violation
- Pursue legal action against unauthorized use
- Revoke access without refund for breach of these terms
6. Content Protection
All content includes copyright notices and website information identifying it as TinkerLab’s property. The removal or alteration of these copyright notices and identifiers is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized copying or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of service and legal action.
7. Reporting
Users should report unauthorized use or distribution to support@tinkerlab.com
8. Updates to Terms
TinkerLab reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with notice to subscribers
9. Liability
- Use of content is at subscriber’s own risk
- TinkerLab is not liable for any damages arising from use or misuse of content
- Subscribers agree to indemnify TinkerLab against claims arising from violation of these terms
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
