Hi there! Welcome to TinkerLab…

I’m Rachelle, and I’m here to help you learn how to support your child’s self expression through art.

I’m here to help you find easy ways to nurture your child’s natural talents and curiosity.

To uncover what’s working in your quest to celebrate your child’s interests while learning new skills that make your life lighter.

To let go of perfection and control as we make room for freedom of self expression.

I’m here to help you and your child be the best version’s of your selves through art.

Let’s make that happen…

If you’re looking for EASY and ACTIONABLE ways to support your child’s creativity, TinkerLab is here to help.

What if I told you that you don’t have to be “artsy” to support your child’s creativity and that you can trust the process of child-directed making to guide our child’s curiosities? At TinkerLab, we believe that children are naturally gifted makers and our role as facilitators is to create an environment where big ideas can flourish.

To get there, we celebrate imperfection, experiments, serendipity, and the creative journey.

TinkerLab isn’t just a kids art project website, it’s a community. Our goal is to help you set up, facilitate, and clean up art projects with ease and grace. Encouraging kids to tap into their creative energy will give them, and you, a lifelong love for making, invention, and connection to self and others.

Each of us is born creative, and creativity will manifest itself in so many ways — through painting, writing, inventing, experimenting, designing, singing, and building to name a few. Connecting to this creative energy can get harder as we grow out of childhood, and this space is designed as a source of inspiration for parents and educators who want to tap their creative genius with their child or children.
